Platform

The program is written in Java and based upon the Eclipse Rich Client Platform (ERCP). There are a installion files available for Windows 10 64 Bit and Linux 64 Bit.

The application is based on Java. It is include in the installation package.

The connection to the database is handled by Hibernate. This makes the BalticScore system independent from the database system. The standard installation works with Hypersonic (HSQLDB). If a MariaDB or PostgrSQL server (both not part of BalticScore) is installed BalticScore can be configured to use it.

Print outs are created using Jasper Reports. All lists are shown as pre-views which can be printed or be saved as PDF.
